How long will it take for my product to get here?

There’s something wrong with the product I ordered. What happens now?

We’re sorry that there’s something wrong with your order. Contact us through Email, Webchat or Telephone and let us know what happened. If we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage.

What happens if I’ve changed my mind about the product I’ve ordered?

No worries! If you’ve changed your mind about the product you’ve purchased, send it back to us and we will issue a full refund. However, you will have to pay postage to have it sent back to our main warehouse.

Is VAT included in the price of the product?

Yes, VAT is included in the price of the product. We will also send a VAT invoice with every order. If it's a gift, we can also not included the VAT Invoice at your request. 

I’ve got a great idea for a product you should stock. Can I contact you about it?

Yes. If we aren't currently stock a product you need, feel free to let us know. We’re constantly looking to improve our range of products, and we’re more than happy to take suggestions. Please don't hesitate to email us with the product information and we'll look to bring in the product as quickly as possible.

What payment gateways do you accepts?

We currently accept all Major Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal & AmazonPay. 

Do you accept payment via telephone?

Yes. You can call us directly on 01905 570 248 to make payment via telephone.

Do you accept payment via Cheques? 

Yes. You can send us a cheque. If you make a payment via Cheque, your order may be held whilst we wait for the payment to clear. 

Will you store my credit card details and/or will you share any of my information?

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 

Shipping

What's your UK Shipping policy?

We offer a standard rate of £2.90 on all UK orders.

We also try and offer next day delivery where possible. If your order is over £40 (Including VAT), you will automatically qualify for Free Next Day Delivery. Or you can pay £4.00 for next day delivery on any orders under £40.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and are happy to adjust shipping costs to your location. Just contact us and let us know where you are in the world. Please refer to our ‘Shipping & Returns Page’ for more information.

 

Typewriter Ribbons

 I received my Typewriter Ribbon, but the spool doesn't fit my machine. What should I do?

If you have the original spools to your machine, feel free to unravel the new ribbon that you’ve ordered with us from the spools and re-wind it onto the spool that fits your machine. If you notice any other problems with your typewriter ribbon, contact us immediately.

I received my Typewriter Ribbon, but the colour is wrong. What should I do?

Contact us immediately so we can get this sorted as quickly as possible. While contacting us,  include the colour of the ribbon you ordered, the date of purchase, the purchase ID and the full delivery address. By doing this, it makes it easier for us to find your order and have the correct order dispatched.
